Vinamilk Launches Flagship Store in Phnom Penh, Introducing Experience-Led Retail to Cambodian Consumers

Vinamilk, an internationally recognized dairy and nutrition company, officially opened its 240-square-metre flagship store at 138A Jawaharlal Nehru Boulevard in Phnom Penh yesterday, welcoming families, nearby residents, and invited guests to explore its dedicated retail concept for dairy and nutrition products. The opening marked a new step in the company’s effort to make Vinamilk’s product range more accessible in Cambodia through a consumer-facing store experience.

Visitors spent the morning browsing the store’s product range, with Vinamilk staff introducing products, sharing information about product quality and the brand’s international recognitions, and answering questions from shoppers as they explored the space. Outside the store, visitors were invited to sample a selection of products, including fresh milk, plant-based milk, and yoghurt, while some families and children also took part in colouring activities in the play area set up for the opening.

More than a conventional retail outlet, the Phnom Penh flagship is designed as a space where consumers can discover products across different categories and needs in a setting that encourages trial, exploration, and family participation. The store brings together a broad Vinamilk portfolio in one location and offers Cambodian consumers a more direct way to experience the brand. The opening welcomed families, children, and young consumers, many of whom explored the store layout and product selection with interest. Several visitors purchased products to take home and share with their families, extending the experience beyond the store itself.

The opening programme on March 30 included a full lineup of launch-day activities, including tastings, in-store experiences, and promotional offers designed to welcome new customers and introduce them to Vinamilk’s retail concept in Phnom Penh. Beyond the flagship store, Vinamilk products are also widely available at popular supermarkets and traditional markets such as Chbar Ampov Market, Olympic Market, Orussey Market, and Ta Khmao Market, making it easier for families to access trusted Vinamilk nutrition as part of their daily grocery shopping.
